Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office unfortunately does not accept checks any longer but we do accept payments by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

We are pleased to offer in-house payment plans and third party financing through CareCredit to help make your treatment more affordable. This flexible payment option allows you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy.
We also offer a discount for patients who pay in full at the beginning of treatment and for families with multiple people undergoing treatment at the same time.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If claims are not paid within 60 days, you are responsible for the balance. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
